To clients that have an established account with Credit Clearance with us - we provide a 7 + 7 billing cycle. Every 7 days we process our client bills for payment by 7 days. All deliveries between Saturday and Friday are billed by EOB on Friday. These bills are due by the following Friday ie. 7 days. All Billing is sent in the form of an Invoice that can be paid either by a Credit Card Link or a Bank Transfer on the details provided therein. Should you not have Credit Clearance but have a pay-as-you-go account, all outstanding amounts of the delivery in question must be paid by credit card or advance bank transfer prior to produce departing our shed.

Our delivery vans depart from our shet at the Brisbane Wholesale Market starting 6 am. Correspondingly your delivery window is until 12 noon. Should you have any special requirements or a specific delivery window, please do let us know and we will accommodate your requirements but internally managing your delivery time.

Yes. Our vans are refrigerated and maintained in hygienic conditions. Your produce arrives at your doorstep under controlled temperatures independent the season we are in.

Our products are principally sourced from Queensland but occasionally we augment our range with imported produce depending on unavailability.

We quality control our deliveries, box by box, each and every day independent of how long we have worked with our suppliers. We dont hesitate to reject produce with quality reduces and our suppliers replace them immediately since we are located within the market. The second level of quality control comes in to play when we are sorting and packing your order before dispatch. Should you have any issues with quality, we replace that part of your order or remove the items from your billing. There is no substitute for quality.
